Wild Berry is a new and innovative range of hand-crafted Artisan products and gifts made from Ireland’s wealth of native wild ingredients. Their products are made from seasonal fruits, vegetables, herbs and berries sourced locally, foraged in the wild, or grown in their own permaculture gardens in Co. Wexford, Ireland.
Many of the core ingredients are modernly termed as ‘superfoods’, those rich in mineral salts, vitamins, calcium, and potassium, like nettles or chickweed. Others have been scientifically proven to be packed with antioxidants, riboflavins and salicylates such as primrose and dogrose; others are acknowledged to aid digestion (fennel, wild celery, mint) aid circulation (hawthorn, beetroot), while others have anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, and anti-bacterial properties (wild garlic, marigold, rosemary, elder, thyme, nasturtium).
