Looking for a yoga class with something a bit different???

Yoga with Katie involves much more then the regular stretching, combining body works such as Kinetic Flow, Embodied Yoga Principles, traditional Hatha yogastyle, Yoga Nidra, chakra work and guided meditations. Each week is a different theme or topic.

These classes are for people who want to go beyond there limitations or limiting beliefs to uncover their true potential in a safe and guided way. Everybody moves in their own way, so find what feels good for you. Shining the light on those dark areas and help other aspects of your mind, body and spirit.

Yoga classes with a modern twist.
As well as learning traditional yoga tools, you’ll learn techniques that will make your life a lot easier. Katie believes in using breath and movement to help people grow.

Katie offers yoga classes in Waterford and Tramore to adults of all levels of experience.

Katie also offers open yoga workshops in gyms, schools, and even salt caves, to introduce people to yoga.

You’ll take the skills you learn off the mat and into your daily life.
She uses techniques like Embodied yoga principles and Kinetic flow to help people calm their minds and integrate body, mind and soul. You’ll leave these yoga classes feeling lighter and better able to deal with the stresses of everyday life.

If you don’t feel that group classes are for you, Katie offers one to one yoga sessions. In these, you get lots of personal attention, and you can ask Katie whatever question you want. You can get a solution tailored to your specific situation. You can bring your family or friends along to this session, which helps create a warm, intimate group atmosphere.

Katie’s Training
Katie is trained in Hatha yoga which is a traditional style of yoga focusing on unifying the body and mind, breath and movement. Each week the yoga class takes on a new theme or topic.

Over the years she has integrated in many different forms of bodywork including Embodied Yoga Principles, which allows you to take a psychological insight into yourself, in turn, giving you tools to assist you in your everyday life.

Kinetic Flow is a systematic way of integrating many systems of the body, nervous, muscular and lymphatic, for optimal performance and recovery.

Reiki

Energy works on different levels the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual enhancing everything in life. One of the greatest reiki healing benefits is stress reduction and relaxation, which triggers the body’s natural healing abilities, aids in better sleep and improves and maintains health.

Kinetic Flow
Kinetic Flow is an integrated movement, class-based system that combines our applied neuroscience techniques to develop stronger, more flexible and more pain-free bodies. This system is designed to give your body as many resources as possible to create positive change.

Massage
Whether your need is to have a moment of relaxation, reduce muscle tension or attain relief from chronic pain, a therapeutic massage can enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical wellbeing. Massage therapy can be an important part of your health maintenance plan.

About Yoga

Yoga Classes
Classes vary, but you will experience a cocktail of embodied yoga principles, kinetic flow, hatha yoga, breath work, guided meditations, chakra links and much more. All levels even complete beginners.

Yoga Events and Workshops
Solo workshops, collaborations and events. Sharing the knowledge and working on enlightenment, positivity and growth. Also available for group bookings and corporate events.

Katie Duggan attended her first yoga class after a neck injury which left her unable to drive or go to the gym.
She fell in love with yoga during that first class and is now sharing her passion for yoga with others through teaching.

Katie is now qualified as a 200-hour yoga instructor – Embodied Yoga Principles Teacher, Kinetic Flow Instructor, Reiki Master and Beauty/Holistic Therapist. With over 10 years in the holistic and beauty industry she is living her life with passion and committed to helping people who want to help themselves.

She trained in India, Thailand and the UK to deepen her knowledge and yoga practice. Her classes and 1-1 sessions are aimed at assisting you in your journey towards your goals through specific practices which develop life skills through personal development practices.
