Handmade with Belgian Chocolate
Every Zaeire chocolate is made by hand using fine Belgian chocolate, real cocoa butter, and quality natural ingredients. The filled chocolates carry a characteristic chocolate drizzle that signals what’s inside — a small flourish that speaks to the maker’s eye for detail. The chocolate itself comes from sustainable sources, a commitment that runs through the whole operation.

The Shop in Bridgetown
Since 2021, Zaeire has had a physical shop in Bridgetown, Wexford — open Thursday to Saturday from 10am — that functions as much more than a chocolate shop. You’ll find great coffee, local bakes, Wexford and Irish produce from small artisan makers, art prints, ceramics, candles, and flowers alongside the chocolates. It’s the kind of shop that a county should be proud to have.

Chocolate Making Workshops
The shop also runs chocolate-making workshops — for children during school holidays and for adults who want a hands-on afternoon with someone who really knows what they’re doing.
