Brian and Yvonne Dillon have the credentials — both Ballymaloe-trained — and the philosophy to match. Nutrilicious Food Co, which they set up in Dungarvan in April 2016, is built on a simple proposition: nutritious, convenient food made with locally sourced, seasonal wholefoods, free of preservatives and additives.
What They Make
The range has two main arms. The meal and catering side covers prepared wholefood meals, home and office catering, and a weekly Thursday market stall in Dungarvan where the “food to go” menu is as close as you can get to a proper lunch in the middle of a working week.
The retail snack and treat range includes the Nutmel Bars — clean treat bars with a handful of natural wholesome ingredients, gluten and wheat free, paleo, refined sugar free — plus preserves and pickles that reflect the same philosophy. The Pickled Beetroot and other preserves are stocked at Ardkeen Quality Food Store in Waterford.

Beyond the food, Yvonne is a qualified Health Coach working with clients on a one-to-one basis — an extension of the Nutrilicious mission that addresses the relationship with food as much as the food itself.
