Wild & Native was founded by a young couple who wanted to build something of their own — a restaurant that honoured the name and celebrated what the Irish coastline actually offers. “We honour our name and celebrate what is available on the emerald isle” is how they put it, and the menu bears that out: fresh fish and local high-quality produce, cooked with a creativity that goes well beyond what the phrase ‘seafood restaurant’ often implies.
